As you may be aware, Isaac Clarke (NHD-C12-CLK-027) and Isabelle (NHD-C12-SBL-045) are both KIA due to an unknown assailant. It has been noted that their deaths contain similarities to a murder committed on Selena. See attached report.

He and Chidori request that you contact Adrien Arbuckal (NHD-C12-RBC-010) and collect any input he may have on the events that took place on Selena. Report back with details if possible.
